a first email or meeting with the couple to discuss how to apply for a  licence, discuss the ceremony script, and other matters.

follow up email correspondence with the couple to finalise the ceremony document,

one rehearsal of the ceremony,

performing the ceremony on the couple’s wedding or civil union day,

After the ceremony: giving the couple one Copy of Particulars and returning the other within 10 calendar days to the Registrar who issued the licence.
